Alexander Laffer is an academic and writer.
His research focusses on emergent technology, empathy and language. He is a member of the EmotionalAI Lab and is currently working on Project AEGIS, collaborating on the creation of an Ethical Standard for Empathetic Human-AI Partnerships.
He creates digital and design fiction, short stories and poetry to explore speculative realities, technology, and human relationships.
